PRODUCT RETURNS

Product returns are only made if the product you received is defective or a different product has been sent to you than the one ordered.

The time limit for return is set at 30 days from the date of receipt, if you have already informed our company within 3 days from the date of receipt.

The products must be returned in their original condition (without damage and in their packaging) accompanied by the purchase receipt / invoice.

If the return of the product does not agree with the above, the Company caramella bags may not accept the receipt.

n case of refusal, on the part of the buyer, of the receipt of the product upon receipt, which has been sent with the courier company or transport company, the shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer.

SHIPMENT

Shipments of goods are made with courier companies and transport companies depending on the volumetric dimensions of the goods.

Transportation companies make home delivery depending on the region. If you need to pick up your order from their branch in your area, the shipping company will contact you. Shipments of products with a large volume are made by shipping.

Delivery time varies and is adjusted depending on the region / city.

For shipments within Thessaloniki the time is 2 to 3 working days while to all other areas delivery is made after 4 working days.

Our company does not bear any responsibility for any delays on the part of the transport company / Courier of the shipment of the products.

In case of refusal to receive any product, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Orders are executed and sent daily (except Saturday) until 12:00 p.m.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The products have a guarantee of good quality and operation covered by the respective dealer.

Products are covered by warranty within the period of validity if the damage has not been caused by misuse and the dealer approves their repair or replacement.

The products must be accompanied by the purchase documents (receipt / invoice) which have been given at the time of purchase. The shipment of these products to the company caramellabags.gr is charged to the buyer.
